We don't take insurance because it can be very limiting for client care. Utilizing insurance would mean that we appoint you a mental health diagnosis. Many people do not prefer this. If you present to us with a prior mental health diagnosis, we will absolutely honor that part of your experience and work with you on those issues.

We accept HSA/FSA Cards and credit cards. When filling out paperwork you will be required to provide a credit card to keep on file. Sessions are typically billed within 24 hours of your session. We do have a cancellation policy of 24 hours. No-shows and late cancellations will be charged the full fee of a session as we reserve that time slot, especially for you.

Sessions are either 60 minutes long or 45 minutes long.  This would be determined by you and the therapist. The cost for a 60-minute session is $145 and $125 for a 45-minute session. We offer a limited amount of spots open for a sliding scale fee.
